£80 per session (to be paid at least 24 hrs in advance by bank transfer, details sent on booking).

Once a week, preferably same day and time weekly. I try to be flexible for clients with unpredictable schedules if sessions can be online. The contractual commitment is to one session a week, which is important for the work to be effective.

When do you offer sessions and do you have availability?

I offer sessions on: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9:30am-3pm and I have sessions available to book now.

Do you provide counselling, psychotherapy, or both?

Yes I offer both, I work with clients in an agreed way, I assess what will be the most supportive / effective approach as we go along, it is flexible and bespoke to each client. My practice is integrated so there isn't a difference in how I work as a counsellor or as a psychotherapist. I tailor my approach to each individual's needs and hopes for the therapeutic outcomes.
